School is well underway with presentations, meeting, and papers filling my schedule. This semester will be very eventful..in a good way!! I am to plan 3 differnt international mission trips; Hungary, Dominican Republic, Honduras. So far I have been approved for all of them and in the process of recruiting teams. LEGS is just beginning but I can see it will be very interesting and time consuming. Our main goal for this year is to test subject using a respirometer and record our data in a research paper. I am very excited for this opportunity!!

I have been talking to several of the kids from Latvia I met during my stay this summer through Frype. I found out that 3 of the kids (Rita, Roma, and his brother) I met in Jelgeva have been adopted and now live in San Antonio!! I am so happy for them!! I have also gotten to know Linda from the Cesis orphange pretty well.

I have found 5 people that are wanting to help me plan these mission trips this year!! I am so greatful for them. It will make things run much smoother.

Please pray for a team and faculty sponsor for the trip to Hungary during Christmas break. Also, for the kids in Latvia!!
